The Maisonette is a beautifully renovated 4 bedroom apartment, conveniently located in the heart of Aberporth village. It has a large open plan living area, perfect for large family getaways with the children. Just a 5 minute walk to 2 sandy beaches, this luxury accommodation will be a hit with the whole family.

Secure drive to the rear of the property for up to 3 vehicles with a fabulous outdoor wooden climbing frame to include slide, swing, and sandpit to keep the children entertained whilst the adults enjoy sea views from the large balustrade decking area.

Bedroom 4: triple bunk includes double on bottom bunk and single above (suitable for persons below 10 stone) with side table with lamp, chest of drawers.

Bathroom 2: walk-in shower, free-standing bath with waterfall taps and removable shower head, toilet, hand basin with waterfall taps, demisting mirror with LED lights.

Sitting area: L-shaped leather sofa, recliner armchair, tub chair, 55” Freeview TV, glass effect electric fire, sea views.
